Founder | Theory to Practice Educational Consulting
I believe every student, teacher, and parent deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered. Too often, our education system values compliance over connection, leaving behind those who don’t fit into a one-size-fits-all model. I started Theory to Practice Educational Consulting to change that.
With over 17 years of experience in education—as a teacher, instructional coach, curriculum director, and educational consultant—I’ve seen the incredible difference individualized support can make. Whether it’s guiding a teacher through research-based practices that actually work, helping a struggling student rediscover their confidence, or equipping a parent with the tools to advocate for their child, I’ve made it my mission to bridge the gap between theory and practice in meaningful, actionable ways.
Every service I offer is built on the belief that growth happens when relationships, knowledge, and practical support come together. I work hand-in-hand with schools, families, and educators to create environments where students thrive, teachers grow, and parents partner in learning.
