Dr. Nicole Borck

I work with schools, families, and students to make learning clearer—and to help every child build the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

About

At the core of my work is a simple belief: when we understand what a student truly needs, we can teach in a way that actually helps them grow.

I partner with schools, families, and students to figure out what’s getting in the way of learning—and to create clear, practical next steps that lead to real progress.

Professional Background

I hold a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and currently serve as Curriculum Director in a K–8 district ranked in the top 1% of elementary schools nationwide.

Beginning in July, I will transition into a superintendent role, continuing to lead work focused on strengthening instruction, aligning systems, and improving outcomes for students.

My work has always centered on helping both educators and students build strong academic foundations—especially in reading and mathematics.

Why this work

I’ve seen how often students struggle—not because they can’t learn, but because they haven’t yet been taught in a way that works for them.

This work is about changing that.

It’s about helping students experience success, helping families feel confident in how to support their child, and helping schools build systems that truly meet student needs.
